A fine tuned BERT + BiGRU classifier scores each review, a MiniLM and FAISS retrieval index surfaces similar past incidents, and product level aggregation ranks the riskiest listings. Served as a FastAPI API with a browser prototype for live feed monitoring.

Utilizing a dataset of over 76,000 cases, the dashboard translates complex statistical relationships into actionable health insights through intuitive visualization.
DashboardThis two-part analytical dashboard provides a comprehensive look at malaria case distribution while evaluating the performance of a predictive model designed to assist in early diagnosis. By analyzing a cohort of 1,622 patients, the project identifies high-risk demographic clusters and validates a machine learning approach to symptom-based screening.

It utilizes data from early to mid-2020 to track infection trajectories, mortality rates, and recovery benchmarks, contrasting global figures against a focused study of the Southeast Asian (SEA) landscape.
DashboardThis dashboard provides a detailed longitudinal analysis of meteorological trends in the Philippines. By aggregating 20 years of climate data, the project identifies historical extremes, examines the correlation between temperature and precipitation, and tracks the intensifying trend of annual rainfall.
